Show the visitor QR code

Show the QR code so visitors can add themselves to your visitor list with their phone. You can print it, put it on a screen, or share the link.

Who can do this: Your role needs Edit access to Visitor Tracker. If you do not see Visitors under Church Membership, email us for help.

1. On a computer, click Church Membership in the menu, then Visitors. On a phone, tap More, then Church Membership, then Visitors.
2. In the top right, click QR Code.
3. In the Visitor Registration QR Code window, show the code to visitors.
4. To share the link, click Copy Link. Then paste the link where you want it, such as in an email or on your website.

The web address of the form is under the code. Each church has one QR code.

What visitors see

1. The visitor scans the code. Your church’s form opens. The visitor does not need an account.
2. The visitor types their First Name * and Last Name *. These are required.
3. The visitor can also type a Phone Number, an Email and an Address.
4. The visitor clicks Submit.

The visitor sees Thank you for visiting! The visitor is in your list with the status New.

If it does not work

• You do not see the QR Code button: your church has no church domain set up. Email us.
• The visitor sees “It looks like you’ve already registered with this church.”: This visitor is already in your list.
• The visitor sees Church not found: The link is not correct. Copy the link again from the QR Code window.
