Make a song list

Do this when you plan the songs for a service ahead of time.

Who can do this: You need Edit access to Song Tracker.

The service must exist first. Services come from the Duty Manager. See Add a service.

1. Open the Song Tracker. On a computer, click Song Tracker in the menu. On a phone, tap More, then Song Tracker.
2. Click the Song Lists tab.
3. Click Add Song List.
4. In the New Song List window, choose the service in Service.
5. In Leader, choose the member who leads the songs.
6. In Status, choose Unpublished or Published.
7. Under Songs, check the box next to each song.
8. Click Save.

You see “Song list created.”

Good to know

• Save stays off until you choose a service and a leader.
• A new list starts as Unpublished.
• A line under the songs shows how many songs you selected.
• After the service, you can use the list to record the songs that were led. See Record the songs led at a service.
