Use the Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first page you see after you log in. Use it to see what needs your attention, what is coming up, and what is new in your church.

Who can do this: everyone who can log in. Some cards show only if your role has the right access, or only if your church uses that part of Project Go Hub.

1. On a computer, click Dashboard at the top of the menu. On a phone, tap the Dashboard tab.
2. Read the cards. The table below tells you what each card shows.
3. Click an item on a card to open it.

What the cards show

Card	What it shows	Who sees it
Needs Attention	Account requests and duties that wait for action. When nothing waits, you see “You’re all caught up”.	People who can approve accounts or who have duties. See Act on items in Needs Attention.
Next Up	Your next confirmed duty, with its service, its date and how many days away it is. Under it, today’s events that have not ended yet.	Everyone, if your church uses the Calendar
This Week	Events for today and the next 6 days, grouped by day. It shows up to 3 days.	Everyone, if your church uses the Calendar
Directory Updates	The 6 families whose profiles changed most recently	Everyone, if your church uses the Member Directory
Your Inbox	Your newest messages	Everyone, if your church uses the Inbox
Attendance	The count for the last service, and this month’s average. Each one is compared to the time before it.	Roles with Edit access to Attendance Tracker

If your church added a banner, it shows above the cards.

Open what you see

• Your duties: In Next Up, click View more. My Duties opens.
• An event: In Next Up or This Week, click the event. The Calendar opens on the month of that event.
• The Calendar: In This Week, click View calendar.
• A member profile: In Directory Updates, click a name. The Member Profile window opens.
• The Member Directory: Click the card title, Directory Updates.
• Your messages: In Your Inbox, click a message or View more. Your Inbox opens.
• Attendance charts: On a computer, click the title of an attendance card. On a phone, tap View insights. See See attendance trends.

Messages you may see

• “Nothing scheduled today.”: You have no confirmed duty coming up, and there are no events today.
• “There are no events today.”: You have a confirmed duty, but there are no events today.
• “Nothing scheduled this week.”: There are no events in the next 7 days.
• “You don’t have new messages in your inbox.”: Your Inbox is empty.
• “No attendance data available.”: No attendance is recorded yet.
