Record the songs led at a service

Do this after a service to keep a record of the songs that were led.

Who can do this: You need Edit access to Song Tracker.

1. Open the Song Tracker. On a computer, click Song Tracker in the menu. On a phone, tap More, then Song Tracker.
2. Click the Led Songs tab.
3. Click Add Song.
4. In the New Record window, choose the day in Date. It starts as today.
5. In Service, choose the service.
6. In Leader, choose the member who led the songs.
7. Under Songs, check the box next to each song that was led.
8. Click Save.

You see “Led songs record created.” The list shows one row for each record, with the number of songs in it.

Use the songs from a song list

If you made a song list for the service, you can fill the record from it. You can do this only when you add a new record.

1. In the New Record window, fill in Date, Service and Leader.
2. Check Import from a Song List.
3. In Song List, choose the list.
4. If more songs were led, check them under Additional Songs (not already in list).
5. Click Save.

The songs from the list show as checked, with the words “from list”. You cannot clear them. A line under the songs shows how many songs are imported and how many are additional.

If it does not work

• Save stays off: Choose a date, a service and a leader.
