Choose who is told about new visitors

Choose a group, such as your elders or a welcome team, so they know at once when a visitor signs up with the QR code.

Who can do this: Your role needs Edit access to Customization.

1. On a computer, click Settings in the menu, then Customization. On a phone, tap More, then Settings, then Customization.
2. Click Visitor Notifications. On a phone, tap the section list at the top, then tap Visitor Notifications.
3. Click Notification Group, then click a group.
4. Click Save.

You see Visitor notification group updated successfully.

All members of the group get an email and a push notification when a visitor signs up with the QR code.

Good to know

• To stop these messages, choose None and click Save.
• The groups in the list are your church’s member groups.
• The group gets no message when staff add a visitor on the Visitors page or on the attendance form. The message is only for the QR code form.
