Add duties to a service

Adding duties tells Project Go Hub which jobs each service needs.

Who can do this: Your role needs Edit access to Duty Manager.

  1. In the Duty Manager, open the service. For a service you already saved, click the pencil icon in its row.
  2. Next to Duties, click Add Duty.
  3. Click a duty in the list. Type in Search duty… to find one.
  4. Click Save Configuration.

On a computer, you can also drag a duty from the Duties list on the left onto the service. On a phone, inside a service, click Duties to open the list of duties.

Use this when the duty you need is not in the list.

  1. Open the service, then click Create Custom Duty.
  2. Fill in the fields in the table below.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Click Save Configuration.

The new duty is added to the service. It also stays in the Duties list on the left, so you can use it on other services.

Field What to enter

Gender: Male, Female or Any. This decides which members can be given the duty.
