Change an entry in the Song Tracker

Do this when a song book, a song, a song list or a led songs record has a mistake or needs an update.

Who can do this: You need Edit access to Song Tracker.

1. Open the Song Tracker. On a computer, click Song Tracker in the menu. On a phone, tap More, then Song Tracker.
2. Click the tab that has the entry: Led Songs, Song Lists, Songs or Song Books.
3. On the right of the row, click the pencil icon.
4. Change the fields.
5. Click Save.

You see a message such as “Song updated.”

Good to know

• The window is named Edit Song Book, Edit Song, Edit Song List or Edit Record.
• To publish a song list, change its Status to Published.
• You cannot change a song request.
• When you change a led songs record, you cannot use Import from a Song List. That choice shows only for a new record.
