Delete a visitor

Delete a visitor when you added them by mistake, or when you added the same person two times.

Who can do this: Your role needs Edit access to Visitor Tracker. If you do not see Visitors under Church Membership, email us for help.

1. On a computer, click Church Membership in the menu, then Visitors. On a phone, tap More, then Church Membership, then Visitors.
2. On the right of the visitor’s row, click the trash icon.
3. In the Remove Visitor window, click Yes, delete.

You see a message that the visitor was deleted.

Caution

You cannot undo this. To keep the visitor, click Cancel.
