See who has each role

Do this to check your church’s roles, or to see who has a role before you change or delete it.

Who can do this: You need View or Edit access to Role Management.

1. On a computer, click Church Membership in the menu, then Role Management. On a phone, tap More, then Church Membership, then Role Management.
2. Look at the list. Role Groups shows the role name. Members shows how many people have the role.
3. Click a role. A window shows the names of the people who have it.
4. Click Done.

If no person has the role, the window shows No members assigned to this role.

Good to know

• Admins and Members are built-in roles. You cannot change or delete them.
• To see the role of each person, open User Roles. See Change a person’s role.
