Reset your password

Resetting your password lets you set a new one when you forgot the old one and cannot log in.

1. On the log in page, click Forgot your password?
2. Type your account email in Email Address.
3. Click Reset Password.
4. Open the email you receive.
5. Click the link in the email.
6. Type a new password in New Password.
7. Type it again in Confirm New Password.
8. Click Save New Password.

A message says “Password successfully changed!”. Click Sign In to continue and log in with your new password.

If it does not work

• “Password reset link is expired!”: On that page, click Forgot your password? to get a new link.
• “Password do not match”: Type the same password in both boxes.
• “Entered value does not match email format”: Check your email for a typing mistake.
